Thyroid natural vitamins

For an overactive thyroid gland, the most effective remedies would be consuming cayenne pepper and kelp. Fresh parsley is also said to work in the direction of balancing your thyroid. Spirulina, which is considered a magical herb, is especially helpful in balancing out thyroid gland function.

Ginseng, also known as Chinese ginger, is also very useful in balancing thyroid gland function. It looks like ginger and has a slightly fishy quality to its gingery taste. It can be grated into salad and consumed. Juice of ginseng can also be consumed for effect, thought you need to make sure it is not sweetened. All raw foods that are yellow in color may be eaten for a healthy thyroid gland. This would include pumpkins, squash and carrots.

Green leafy vegetables also must be eaten to ensure proper functioning of the thyroid gland. You may also eat fish in order to help with the situation.
The foods to avoid are those rich in sugars, especially processed food. It is also necessary to avoid consuming sugar, as it is refined and therefore processed. Anyway, it is avoidable due to weight fluctuations which are normal with any thyroid problem. You also need to avoid iodized salt in your daily diet and switch to a low sodium variety.
