Natural treatment for weight loss
- Every morning drink 1 glass of water mixed with 1 tsp of honey and 2 or 3 drops of lemon juice. You should drink it on an empty stomach and continue it regularly.
- Eat a diet rich in fiber like leafy vegetables, cereals, fresh fruits, whole wheat, juices, brown rice and brown sugar.
Drink plenty of water everyday. Avoid fats, fried and junk foods, sweets and aerated drinks. Cut down on your intake of potatoes, cheese and carbohydrates.
- Have more of fruit juices and raw vegetable salads as your staple diet.
- Avoid eating after 7 or 8 pm in the evening. Whenever you feel the urge to eat something snack on healthy foods like soups, crackers, roasted nuts and grams. Never indulge in emotional eating.
- Go on a fruit juices fast for 2 days, then include fruits in your fast and then start on vegetable salads and soups. Continue this fast for at least a week and repeat it every month.
- Exercise regularly and maintain your optimum weight.
- Eat small and light 6 frequent meals rather than 2 or 3 large ones. Drink buttermilk and coconut water throughout the day. Avoid smoking and minimize your intake of alcohol. Keep away from stress and do breathing exercises to remain calm and focused.
