Natural treatment for insect bite
Clean the area with a mild soap and warm water or with an antibacterial solution dissolved in warm water. Now, pat the area dry you can use a hair dryer to do this but be careful not to burn the skin.
Apply calamine lotion or calendula balm to the affected skin.
Take the homeopathic medicine called Ledum 30 3 times a day for 2 days. If you have been bitten by a mosquito then apply a salt water paste or solution to the area to reduce itching twice a day. Or you can even apply rubbing alcohol to the area 2 times daily for a day.
Add 1 tsp of baking soda in 1 glass of water and dip a cotton ball in it and gently rub the area for 10 minutes
Fill a bath tub with water and add 1 cup of oatmeal to it. Soak in it for 10 minutes to get relief from itching and soreness.
Mix some olive oil and vinegar and apply it to the bitten area.
Make a paste of cornstarch powder with water and apply it to the area. This will draw out the poison from the body
