Bad breathe solution
There could be a variety of reasons for your bad breath. You could be suffering from an infection in your mouth or of your teeth. Or else you could be suffering from constipation and not know it.
Smokers and those who consume alcohol also complain of bad breath. Bad breath is often caused by an infection of the stomach lining that is why it is always a good idea to get the doctor's opinion before you embark on something new.
Cleaning your mouth at least two times a day is the most obvious solution.
Rinse out your mouth after you eat anything and when you go to bed make sure you clean your teeth and mouth. You can also trying cleaning your teeth and gums with powdered cloves. If you brush your teeth regularly with baking soda, you will help reduce the acidity in your mouth, making this a less hospitable place for bacteria. For constipation, eat a diet rich in leafy vegetables and fruits. Chew parsley leaves after each meal. This is believed to relieve constipation. Eat lots of papaya, kiwi fruit and pineapple since these help in digestion. Avoid eating cheeses, strong smelling food like garlic, onions, and fish since these have a strong odour of their own.
