Tips to remove birthmark

Are you sure that the white patch you have is a birthmark? Other skin conditions like Leucoderma also leave  white patches on the skin. It might be a good idea to get your doctor's opinion before you begin any kind of regular treatment.

Marks, or scars, if not related to any skin condition, often fade with time. If you are not willing to wait till your patch fades, then you can try various home remedies to help you lose it. You can begin by ensuring that you eat a well balanced diet. Your diet should include lots of vegetables and fruits. You should avoid drinking tea and coffee. Drink plenty of water. Some amount of flax seed oil in your diet will work wonders. Eating a diet that is rich in Omega oils will help your skin look healthy.

Wrap two or three ice cubes in a small piece of cloth. Rub this over your face to tighten the pores. Peel one cucumber. Grate it. Now squeeze the grated cucumber to get some juice. Apply this on the affected area.  Applying lemon juice will help bleach your face. A paste made of sandalwood powder and rose water can be applied on the face. This should be left on your face overnight and washed off in the morning.
