Health advice for breathlessness

If you have had this problem for more than a month, continuously, you need to seek medical advice and determine if this is a confirmed case of asthma or not. If you do indeed have asthma, it is important that you should go with a medical plan. If it is early stages, then it is possible to follow certain remedies and bring your situation under control so much so that you may not need medication after all.

Avoid caffeine and all related products. These will add to your breathlessness. Follow a normal routine of exercise, and do it on a daily basis.

Avoid aerobic exercise, opting for alternatives like long walks instead. Sleep with a thick pillow; it is important that you keep yourself propped up well, so that nothing interferes with the normal course of breathing. Eat light meals at night, and try to eat before 8 pm. Do not eat after that time. Inhaling vapors of menthol or Vicks Vaporub can also be useful in this condition. Indulge in Indian gooseberry (indian gooseberry) so that your supply of Vitamin C is abundant enough for your immune system to become stronger. Asthma can also be cause by allergies, so you need your immunity. Ginseng is also useful in this matter. Take long deep breaths when you start feeling breathless, this will help combat lack of oxygen.
