Tips to lighten skin
I have a dark skin between of my legs. How to lighten them? Please advice.

Tips to lighten skin Skin on areas such as the elbows, knees, inner thighs and underarms is usually darker than the rest of the body due to friction. These areas tend to rub against clothing, nearby skin, and other surfaces. People who are overweight experience this more often, particularly on their thighs, but this affects everyone to some extent.
To bring this skin back to its normal color, you first need to stop the friction. In case you are overweight, try to lose weight — apart from the cosmetic benefits, this will also improve your overall health and sense of well-being. Meanwhile, to minimize friction between your thighs and against your clothing, you can apply petroleum jelly when you go out, particularly when exercising.
This will also keep the skin moist. You should also try to wear materials that are soft, and avoid wearing tight clothing. In addition, check whether the darkened skin is partially due to dyes from the clothing.
Simultaneously, you can apply some home made remedies to lighten the skin on your thighs. Apply a paste of sandalwood powder and cucumber juice, or curd, gram flour, and a pinch of turmeric once a day. Regular application of vitamin E oil or aloe vera gel will also help.
