Piles symptoms

From the brief description you have give, it sounds like it could be a hemorrhoid, in other words, a blood vessel that has swollen up. However, there could be a variety of reasons to account for the swelling. Therefore I would suggest that you visit your doctor in order to get a more accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Most people suffer from Piles at some point or the other. One of the most common reasons for the development of this condition is that you strain very hard to pass stools. This problem occurs when you are suffering from constipation, making it necessary for you to exert pressure when passing stools.

This often causes bleeding and you can see the blood when you clean yourself.   Some people experience irritation in the anus while some others can feel a swelling.

You can ease some of the discomfort by washing yourself often. Remember to always pat yourself dry. Avoid scratching yourself. Use only soft toilet roll and keep a careful watch on the nature of the soaps you use. Harsh soaps only aggravate the problem and should be avoided.

You should ensure that you drink plenty of fluids. Also ensure that fresh fruits and raw vegetables make up a large part of your diet. Stay away from heavy, fried food.
