Hemorrhoids recurrence
I am 28 years old and had been operated on piles 2 years ago. I was into heavy workout and been eating 10 eggs a day for a week. I have problems while passing stools and a little bleeding. Are piles reoccurring?

Advice on Hemorrhoids From your description it sounds very much as if your piles problem is reoccurring. Hemorrhoids or piles occur in different ways. Some people experience bleeding and itching while others can feel a swelling in their anus.
Basically piles results in discomfort while passing stools. I am afraid your rather strenuous lifestyle and habit of doing a heavy workout are the culprits. However, I suggest that you consult a doctor before you begin any treatment.
People suffering form piles find that that they have to exert a lot of pressure to pass stools. It is while passing stools in this manner that the bleeding occurs. You should try to pass stools without having to exert any pressure.
You have mentioned that you have been experiencing problems while passing stools. This probably means that you are constipated. Eating ten eggs a day is not such a good idea. While regular exercise is absolutely necessary for a healthy life, you might be overdoing it. Consult a qualified physical trainer about the right kind of exercises that you need to do. What you basically require is a healthy diet, with plenty of fibrous foods.Your diet should include lots of fresh fruit and salads. Drink lots of water and juices.
