Well, the first thing you need to do is to keep your hands away from any acne or sores that your face sports. Touching the pimples frequently only spreads the infection to other parts of the face. Also, remember to wash your hands regularly so that you don't carry other infection to your already infected face.


   

However, if you are getting these pimples regularly, I would suggest a visit to your doctor since there can be several reasons for the development of regular pimples. Your doctor will be able to tell you if your pimples are caused by any allergies you have.

• Wash your chin with warm water. Pat it dry gently with a soft towel.
• Bad sleep cycles, an irregular eating schedule, oily food, stress, pollution –there are several reasons for a person breaking out in pimples. I would suggest you stick to eating healthy.
• Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits. Most important, eat a balance meal. Don't eat only raw vegetables or only fruit. Concentrate on eating a meal times. Avoid watching television or reading while you are eating. Chew well.
• Absolutely avoid friend and spicy food, chocolates and carbonated drinks.
• Avoid drinking too much coffee or tea, Drink plenty of water.  
• Make sure that you get your proper sleep. Spend some time in the fresh air everyday.
• Stay off cosmetics for some time.
