Treatment on thinning hair

Age is one of the main factors responsible for thinning hair. Often people who come from families that have sparse hair begin losing their hair at an early age. Other reasons like pollution, exposure to the sun, harsh chemicals in the shampoo and conditioners you use or even the minerals in your water can result in thinning hair. Your diet, your life style and your sleep cycle are other reasons that could result in thinning hair. That is why it is advisable to consult a doctor about your problem.

Avoid using very strong shampoos since these are likely to have a very high content of harsh chemicals. Protect your hair from the elements by keeping your head covered when you go out. Don't comb your hair too often andwhen you do, avoid combing it backwards. Avoid using very hot water to wash your hair.

Whisk the white of one egg and then massage this into your scalp. You can leave it on for some time before you wash it away.

An application of white vinegar helps too. Mix a teaspoon of white vinegar in a cup full of water. Massage this into your scalp before your shower.

Massage aloe vera into your hair and then wash off. Include plenty of green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Ensure that your diet is rich in proteins like fish, cereal, lentils and drink plenty of milk.
