Protect your hair from the elements by keeping your head covered when you go out. Don't comb your hair too often andwhen you do, avoid combing it backwards. Avoid using very hot water to wash your hair.
Whisk the white of one egg and then massage this into your scalp. You can leave it on for some time before you wash it away.
An application of white vinegar helps too. Mix a teaspoon of white vinegar in a cup full of water. Massage this into your scalp before your shower. Massage aloe vera into your hair and then wash off. Include plenty of green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Ensure that your diet is rich in proteins like fish, cereal, lentils and drink plenty of milk.
