Causes of worms It is extremely unlikely that raw noodles can cause you to become infected with intestinal worms. Still, I wouldn’t advise you to eat raw noodles. They are meant to be cooked, so cook them before you eat them.
Intestinal infections from worms and other parasites can be spread by contaminated food, water, or hands. The parasites usually reach the gastro intestinal tract through the mouth, but sometimes contamination is also possible through skin contact with soil that contains larvae. As far as food goes, such contamination is most often possible with raw meat, however I seriously doubt that the same is possible with noodles, unless they have been stored carelessly and unhygienically, in which case you should probably not be eating them at all, cooked or uncooked.
In general, you should carefully wash anything that you eat, and cook food well too, particularly meat and pre-packed foods that are meant to be cooked. Parasites such as worms are only one possible danger of consuming uncooked or half-cooked food. If your body finds it difficult to digest what you have eaten, you will find yourself with an unpleasant stomach upset. Worse, although rare, you may end up with some serious food poisoning.
