Home remedies to detoxify body
How can I detoxify my body and with natural products that are not expensive, and are 'toxins the cause of mouth ulcers'?

Natural Treatment for Detoxify Body
'Detoxification' can mean a huge variety of regimens; it could mean anything from a warm-water therapy to quitting smoking to even a steam bath and naturopathy treatments. If you read up on what are different types of detox methods you will come across at least a dozen of them. However, the bottom line & the ultimate aim of all the methods would be to get rid of unhealthy toxins in your body & rejuvenate it.
If these toxins are not cleared from time to time, they can cause harmful bacterial growth which can result in ulcers in the stomach, intestine, mouth etc.
I suggest a basic method to begin with. It suits, practically everyone. Naturally, this method goes easy on your pocket.
- Correct your diet by drinking at least 2-2.5 liters of water [Warm water, especially], consuming at least five servings fresh fruits & veggies [These are high in soluble fiber which will help in improving your bowel movement], keeping a tab on consumption of processed food products [Refined flour, refined sugar, preserved items, etc]
- Bid farewell to Caffeine, alcohol & cigarettes.
- Begin with a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral supplement to stock your body with these disease-fighting nutrients. A Vitamin-B supplement will probably help you with the mouth ulcers too.
- If you can afford it, try visiting a professional spa for a steam bath once-a-fortnight.
- Indulge in some of exercise & relaxation techniques.
