What are the symptoms of low blood pressure?

If you have problems with low blood pressure, you will have symptoms such as dizziness and light-headedness. This could cause everything from headaches to fainting. In those who are weak, such as older people, fainting could cause problems with falling and bone breakage.

What are the treatments for low blood pressure?
You may not need medication if you have low blood pressure. Instead, your doctor will tell you to focus on eating healthy and limit your caffeine intake. In addition, you should avoid nonalcoholic drinks and you may need to add a little salt in your diet.
