Natural cures for hair fall

Everyday we lose some amount of hair. Each time you brush or wash your hair, you will notice that some hair falls. This is perfectly normal but if you find that you are losing a great deal of hair on a regular basis, then a visit to the doctor is absolutely necessary.

There are several reasons for hair fall – pollution, excessive exposure to the sun, dust, harsh shampoos and finally, heredity! To arrest hair fall I would suggest that you first identify a good shampoo that will help you without robbing your hair of vital oils and the moisture necessary to keep it looking healthy. Always keep your hair under wraps when you are out.

Make it a point to massage your scalp with any oil, using the tips of your fingers. You can also use aloe vera to massage your hair. Rinse your hair with sage tea in order to increase circulation. Washing your hair everyday is not a good idea, so avoid doing this.

It is advisable to steer clear of caffeinated drinks. Food items with a high content of sugar in them should also be avoided. Eating fresh, healthy food will certainly help arrest hair fall.   Ensure that you get plenty of sleep and regular physical exercise.
