Diabetes type 2 health advice Diabetes is that metabolic disorder that does not allow the body to utilize or partially utilize the glucose produced by the body. There are two types of diabetes: insulin-dependent diabetes (type 1) and non-insulin-dependent diabetes (type 2). In type 1 diabetes the body doesn’t produce enough insulin to keep blood sugar at normal levels. Such patients need insulin everyday. In type 2 diabetes the cells do not respond properly to the insulin. This kind of diabetes is common. To control this kind of diabetes, boil 15 fresh mango leaves in 1 glass of water. Leave this water overnight, drain it and have it first thing in the morning. Make a mixture of half a teaspoon of ground bay leaf, half a teaspoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Take this mixture twice a day. Every morning, drink a glass of small Bitter Gourd juice. Another effective solution is mixing 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder to 1 litre of boiling water. After simmering this mixture for 20 minutes on a low flame, strain it. Drink this mixture every day. Eating tender curry leaves (fresh) twice a day or a garlic pod once a day is also beneficial. Apart from all this, regular exercising, especially yoga will also help to control diabetes.
