Natural cure for dandruff
- Massage your hair with coconut oil and take hot water head bath daily. This gives instant results.
- Half an hour before going to bath, apply a mixture of two tablespoons of curd, three drops of honey and two drops of lemon juice. Leave it till it dries and then rinse it off. You can also apply only curd to the hair; it is a natural treatment for dandruff.
- Mash ripe papaya and apply it to your hair before going to bath. Do this weekly and the dandruff will reduce.
- Massage your hair with mustard, coconut or any other kind of oil every alternate night. Next morning wash your hair with shampoo and condition it. Comb your hair vigorously to increase circulation and shake off any dandruff sticking in your scalp.
- Mix one tablespoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of lime juice. Apply it on your scalp and hair. Cover it with a scarf and leave it overnight. Shampoo in the morning and do not tie your hair until it dries off.
- For mild dandruff you can rub the scalp with apple cider vinegar.
- Regular application of almond oil to the hair is effective in curing dandruff as it is rich in vitamin E.
