Piles, more commonly known as hemorrhoids, often is exceedingly painful. An erratic work and sleep schedule like yours can definitely make your piles worse. Moreover, it is detrimental eating habits which are probably affecting your pre-existing condition.
What commonly happens when a person works in shifts is that he or she doesn’t eat or sleep at regular hours. This takes its toll on your body’s digestive system. This only serves to aggravate your hemorrhoids. To make this problem better you have to revamp your lifestyle. If shifts are unavoidable, the least you can do is make some drastic dietary changes. Such changes have made life easier for the majority of people suffering from hemorrhoids. The key to beating hemorrhoids is fiber. There are plenty of dietary sources of this miracle nutrient. Don’t immediately reach for laxatives or other artificial solutions to get rid of constipation. The problem is straining, which should hence be avoided. Don’t get too stressed out about visiting the bathroom. Also, don’t want too long after feeling the urge to use the restroom. Get family members to help you change your eating habits. Eat regular meals and make sure that you get as much fiber as you possibly can. You should be able to experience the benefits of fiber very soon. Remember that fiber can come from different fruits and vegetables. Make this a regular part of your meal. Another critical step is to cleanse the body by drinking enough water.
If you happen to be even slightly overweight, you should try to get to a more healthy level. While you shouldn’t exert yourself, you can ask your doctor to recommend a few exercises to help. Why don’t you try taking a brisk walk while at work? Even though you work in shifts, you should get your undisturbed sleep. Maintain hygiene but don’t wipe yourself too vigorously. Frequent, warm baths are probably best. This will not only keep you clean but will also soothe the pain. Many individuals have benefited from the application of aloe vera. Simply spilt open a leaf, so as to scoop out the clear gel from within. Another valuable anti-inflammatory agent is witch hazel. The use of petroleum jelly can be helpful to make trips to the bathroom less painful. In addition to the above suggestions, you should try repeating treatments and lifestyle changes that worked for you earlier. This is because individuals respond to treatments differently.

Piles treatment Piles begin with constipation. You have already admitted that your daily schedule varies. This is affecting your routine of eating and playing havoc with your sleep patterns. All these are the reasons for your constipation. What you need to do is to try and regulate your routine. If you are unable to do so due to the constraints of your job, then take a look at your eating habits. Try to avoid eating fried oily food that contains lots of spices. Avoid eating food at odd hours. Instead, draw up a routine and stick to that. Eat your food slowly, chewing each mouthful properly. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Drinking fruit juices will also help you. Carbonated drinks and caffeine should be taken in moderation. Drink a cup of warm milk with one spoon of honey in it just before going to bed.
Peel and grate one radish. Squeeze this to extract the juice. Drink this before going to bed. To begin with you can drink about ¼ cup of radish juice. You can increase this to half a cup of radish juice.
Regular physical exercise will help relive your constipation problem. However, don't start on any heavy duty workout without first consulting your doctor.
