Uterine fibroids are benign (non-cancerous) growths in or around the uterus and are common among women although this usually occurs in the middle or later reproductive years. These growths are relatively harmless as yours probably is since your doctor has only prescribed vitamin E capsules. However, to give you some information on them: these growths develop from muscle tissue of the uterus and are usually undetected unless you have had your routine pelvic exam; it may at times however be indicated by heavy menstrual bleeding and cramps or anemia (hence the prescription of vitamin E by your doctor).
Routine pelvic exams will let you know of the progress of the growths and whether they have to be surgically treated at all. While fibroids are rarely known to cause infertility, you could perhaps consider other reasons for not being able to conceive. It would be advisable for your husband to consult a doctor as well to check for a low sperm count.
While there is no natural substance that can get you pregnant there are several ways to make sure that your body is ready to conceive. Make sure that your menstrual cycle is regular and that you consume fruits, green leafy vegetables, and dairy products that will increase the amount of protein, calcium and fat in your body. Body fat helps to produce and store estrogen in your body. This hormone ensures that the body is ready for conception. However, too much of estrogen can also upset the balance of the body and cause other health hazards and lead to the growth of fibroids. It is also advisable to avoid caffeine which is an ingredient in coffee, chocolate and soft drinks. Alcohol intake and excessive smoking are also known to reduce chances of conception. Dehydration may also cause fertility problems and it is hence necessary to drink at least 4-5 liters of water a day. Apart from these you could also try red raspberry leaf which tones you uterus and pelvis. When combined with peppermint, it is known to have fertility increasing properties. Siberian ginseng and red clover are also known to nourish the uterus while balancing hormonal functions in the body. But most of all, it is important to avoid stressful situations and let your body take its natural course towards conceiving a child.

Infertility natural remedies Infertility is a condition that affects several women. This condition can cause emotional and mental trauma to the person suffering from it. It is essential that the person maintain a positive outlook on life. You will need to consult a good doctor who can advise you on the most appropriate thing to do. Very often women fail to conceive because they are stressed with the high expectations that surround them after their marriage. Learn to relax. Practice some yoga and meditation. If you are anaemic or have some other medical complaints, that may explain your inability to conceive.
You should have a healthy diet. Your daily intake should include fruits, vegetables, nuts of various kinds, cottage cheese, and yoghurt. As far as possible try to eat food raw since cooking deprives you of a high percentage of their natural nutrients present in food. Eat food that contains a high percentage of zinc and vitamins C and E. Regular physical exercise will ensure that you do not suffer from constipation or any other ailment and keep you generally fit as well.
Winter cherry in powdered form can be taken. Take six grams of this powder along with one cup of milk. You should do this right after menstruation ends and drink the milk along with the powder for six days.
