If you find that you smell of your faeces even after you have had a bath then this simply means that your personal hygiene needs to be improved. Wash yourself well after every visit to the bathroom. Often you think you have cleaned yourself but remnants of your faeces are often stuck in the folds of your skin.


These can cause not only a bad smell but also infections. Use a thick toilet roll, the kind that will not disintegrate when wet. Use a damp toilet roll to clean yourself.


Better still; use plenty of warm water to wash yourself. Pat your self dry.   

Another possible reason could be that you do not completely evacuate your bowels each time you visit the bathroom. For this you need to eat healthy. Cut down on all fast food and avoid eating white flour. Oil, butter, cheese should be avoided. Instead eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables. Sip warm water throughout the day. Tea, coffee or carbonated drinks should be avoided. Drink a cup of warm milk at bedtime. Eat an early dinner and a light one. Ensure that you get plenty of physical exercise. A brisk walk or a jog will help you. Try to follow a proper routine and avoid late nights. A few drops of rose water or nice smelling bath salts can keep you feeling fresh throughout the day.
