Prevention of Migraine
In today’s fast, busy and hectic world, everyone gets headaches. This headache can be a result of stress, eye pain, lack of sleep, cold or any other health disorder that mainly causes throbbing in your head. This headache transforms into a migraine when the throbbing becomes a recurrent process with additional symptoms such as dizziness, stomach ache, weak and sensitiveness to light, noise and smell.
The best way to prevent migraines is to learn the causes of migraine and then try to avoid these causes. Take a break from your daily routine activities and learn the principal stimulants like food, stress, lack of sleep, alcohol, tea or any other materialistic or im-materialistic substance. If you are allergic to any food and you know that triggers headache, then avoid that food. If you know you will feel throbbing in your pain due to lack of sleep, then take a break and have a good amount of sleep. Similarly, learn the other causes and try to deactivate the effects of those causes.
If stress is a major factor contributing to headache, then the best thing that you can do is manage your stress through yoga, mediation and relaxation. If you know understand the causes of your headache then you can easily prevent migraine.
