Conjugated linoleic acid or CLA is Trans fat which is a combination of may isomers of linoleic acid. These isomers of linoleic acid are primarily found in red meat, daily products, meat and lamb. CLA is known promote weight loss in Human beings. The way it does it is as follows:
It makes sure that glucose gets into the muscle cells thus preventing it from getting converted into fat and also helps fat in entering the cell membranes or muscle and its connective tissue. This is the place where fat is burned into fuel thus reducing the fat content in the body.
