  • Movement helps you to get warm. You could also try swinging the arms around. It will help to increase blood flow to the fingers.

  • Place your cold hand in a warm place. You may stick you hand under the arms.  “This will stop the cold and the accompanying numbing sensation.

  • Soak herbs such as gingko and ginger in alcohol and mix it with tincture. Use this as an external application. It will help increase the blood circulation immediately.
  • You could make your own tincture Simply blend 1 ounce of powdered herbs with some 100-proof alcohol in a jar.  Close the lid tightly and store the glass jar in a dark place. Keep it for two - three weeks. When you use it shake the jar well and strain the herbs into a bowl. Place a few drops below your tongue dropper.
  • Protect your hands by wearing mittens. Wear mittens or gloves whenever you go out on a cold winter day. To deal with the cold-feet problem you could get yourself used to wearing thermal socks.
  • It is advisable that you up your activity level. As it helps improve blood circulation and heats up your body. Drink plenty of water everyday to improve and raise circulation and warmth.
