Some effective home remedies tips for weight loss
- Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables and maintain the intake of low calorie foods.
- Reduce the intake of salts. It may be one of the causes of weight gain.
- Avoid high calorie foods such as cheese, butter and white bread. Keep off non-vegetarian foods as they have excess fats.
- The use of mint is very beneficial in burning the fats. Add green mint puree in your meal preparation. A glass of mint tea should be taken regularly for better results.
