Sweaty feet remedies: how to get rid of smelly feet and shoes caused due to sweat?

It’s important that you monitor the foods and drinks that you consume. It is observed that certain foods and drinks can cause one to sweat greatly. The intake of spicy foods can cause some people to sweat a lot.It is noted that drinks such as alcohol or caffeine make you sweat more than you normally do. Home remedies for sweaty feet
- Add one cup of vinegar and 1 dash dish soap in a tub of warm water. Soak your feet in this bath for at least10 minutes. Dab the feet with a clean towel. Fill up the tub again with warm water and put a cup of oatmeal, mash the oats till the water turns milky. Repeat the same procedure. Pat your feet dry. The effect will last for several days.
- Prepare a bath of warm water. Add vinegar in it and soak your feet for 10 -15 minutes. Rinse and wash your feet with clean with a medicated soap to get rid of strong vinegar smell.
- Dip a few Lemon Tea bags in boiled water for 5 minutes. Pour the tea into a small foot bath. You may add cool water to reach a desired temperature. Soak your feet for 10 minutes. Rinse and pat your feet dry.
