Respected sir, i am 22 years. i have a little bulge in my anal area. i am unable to pass stools regularly & i feel pulsa

Try the following home remedies to ease your condition -
- Grind Mango seeds to make a powder. Take this daily with honey to get relief from the pain.
- The soluble fiber in figs would help facilitate the bowel movements by improving the peristaltic movements, soak 2-3 figs in a cup of water at night and have them in the morning.
- Grind white radish with milk and apply on the bulge area, this will help to reduce pain and swelling caused due to piles.
Some dietary modifications –
- Drink loads of water and avoid refined foods, oily/fried foods, spicy junk foods, canned foods, non-vegetarian foods, tea, coffee/ caffeinated beverages, smoking, alcohol, sugar and sweets and sedentary lifestyle.
- Increase intake of in your diet.
- Include ginger, garlic, buttermilk, onions, radish, beetroot, bitter gourd and other fresh fruits and dark green leafy vegetables liberally in your meals.
