Home Remedies for High Blood Pressure
I am giving you some remedies using products that are available on your kitchen shelves: - 2-3 cloves of garlic first thing in the morning, [on an empty stomach] daily will work wonders!! Also, consciously include more of this spice in your cooking.[The cooked form is also equally beneficial]
- A fresh, ripe Papaya on an empty stomach in the morning or between your breakfast & lunch is also very effective. Don't eat anything for another 2 hours after eating the fruit.
- Red meat, egg-yolks, salted snacks, pickles, caffeinated beverages tend to aggravate hypertension. Restrict, or better still, avoid these items.
- Onion juice & honey mixed in a 1:1 ratio can really help very well. Approximately a couple of tablespoons everyday is ideal.
- Blend together about 30 curry leaves & 1 Cup of clean, plain water, mix it well, strain and drink it, first thing in the morning. This too works miraculously.
You can pick any of the above therapies to see results. Meanwhile, continue with medications, if any prescribed. Notify your physician about these remedies and take his consent and then only proceed.
Along with these, learn to stay calm, indulge in meditation & some form of exercise and sleep well.
