Natural Remedies for Skin Patches
If you have brown patches on your face, you can try some of the following natural home remedies. These remedies can help you get rid of the embarrassing brown patches.
Apply a mixture of sandalwood and black gram on your face.
This will help in reducing the intensity of brown patches.
Gently rub your skin with ice cubes. This will tighten your skin and lighten all brown patches.
Cucumber and lemon juices applied on the skin can also show effective results in treating brown patches.
Vitamin E oil or cod liver oil is time tested oil for beautiful skin and face. Gently massage your face with Vitamin E oil.
Aloe Vera gel is another great remedy for patches. Apply the gel on your face and allow it to dry for few minutes. Wash it off with gentle water. Don't use soap for the nest two hours.
Prepare an effective face wash by mixing rosewater, basil leaves and water. This will help in lightening the patches and will also reduce the inflammation.
Peppermint oil and chamomile tincture are also great for treating brown patches.
Consume more of fruits and vegetables.
Eat a diet rich in fiber as this will help in flushing out toxins and bacteria that damage our skin.
