No, looking at far distance cannot cure myopia. If you are myopic, you are short-sighted and cannot focus properly when you look at distant objects. Hence, always looking at far distant objects especially without your eyeglasses or contacts, will cause eye strain to you.
There are corrective eye surgery options open to you. But if you go in for this at a young growing age, there is every likelihood that your eye number will come back again. Plus corrective surgeries are not without risk. You would benefit from regular eye exercises which will your strengthen eye muscles and reduce eye strain. But they will not cure myopia either.
