Cayenne pepper can be effectively used as a remedy for curing colds as it is packed with vitamin C which helps to boost immune system and fight with the infection. Chicken broth is loaded with proteins, vital vitamins and minerals in the form that can be absorbed very easily. Besides giving energy a steaming chicken broth would also help to boost the immune system and fight against the cold infection.

Steam taken from boiling water with added vaporizer is an excellent way to treat colds. Don't forget to perform the act especially before going to bed.
Keep your fluid intake high; include boiled water, orange juice, and lemon water with honey in your day.
Extract fresh juice from 9-10 holy basil leaves. Mix ginger juice and honey to this and have it twice or thrice daily.
