Palpitation cures

A feeling of nervousness and tightness of the upper chest can be simply due to belching or an inability to relieve gas. Heart palpitations can be caused due to variety of reasons like stress, anxiety, exercise, fever, fear, anemia, hyperactive thyroid, hyperventilation, smoking, nicotine, caffeine, diet pills, and low levels of oxygen in your blood or certain medications. They are not considered too serious unless you have a family history of any heart disease.

First check the cause for your palpitations – is it caused due to any heart disease or is it simply due to excess flatulence and belching. Try to include small frequent meals and avid sleeping immediately after a meal to avoid belching. Also avoid fried, oily foods and foods loaded with fat. Reduce the amount of stress, fear and anxiety in your life. Learn to relax and perform moderate exercise on regular basis.

Keep a record for the times when you feel the palpitations and the foods and activity associated with it to know the cause and rule it out accordingly.
