Peptic ulcer home remedies

father was diagnosed with a peptic ulcer can you help with suggestions naturally without the use of medication? He takes others and was told taken medications could lead to other things.

To treat an ulcer it is very important to identify the cause of an ulcer and which stage it is on. Peptic ulcers can be too stubborn and can come and go.

Try these home remedies for peptic ulcer –

  • Identify which food is causing much problem, maintain a food diary and note down the foods which you consume.


    If pizzas or pastas are causing problem avoid them completely till the ulcer is healed.
  • Have small frequent meals instead of three large ones.
  • Aloe vera juice helps to relieve the pain, decrease the symptoms and heal peptic ulcer.


  • Go bananas, they have a soothing effect on the gut lining and help to heal an ulcer.
  • Avoid alcohol, fried, oily, spicy foods, tobacco, smoking, strong coffee/tea, carbonated beverages, and chocolates. Learn to relax as stress can worsen your ulcer.
