my back tooth is sore and the gum around it is spongy sore and bleeds, also givin me cronic headache on that side, what is this

Home remedies for tooth sore
Grind and melt a pinch of asafetida in 1 tsp of lemon juice. Dip a cotton ball in it and apply near the affected tooth. It will alleviate pain and cure the infection.
You can do this 4 to 5 times a day or pain aggravates.
Chew some fresh bark of Babul tree 2 to 3 times daily. This will stop bleeding from the gums and keep your teeth clean.
Mix 60 gms of Babul wood charcoal, 12 gms of rock salt and 24 gms of roasted alum and brush your teeth with this mixture regularly for preventing teeth infection.
Chew and brush your teeth with the roots of banyan tree or the stems of margosa tree. The astringent in them will cure and prevent teeth and gum disorders.
Make a paste of the bark of Bay Berry with vinegar and apply it on your tooth and rinse your mouth after and hour or so. It will provide relief from pain and strengthen your gums.
Take 1 clove and place it on the affected tooth and press it with your upper teeth. You can also apply clove oil on the tooth and gums 3 to 4 times everyday. Clove has antiseptic properties and it helps in curing the infection rapidly.
