Home remedies and causes for irregular menstruation
Fry 12 centigrams of asafetida in clarified butter and mix it with 120 gms of fresh goat’s milk. Add 1 tbsp of honey to it and drink it 3 times everyday for a period of 1 month.
Boil 90 gms of the bark of Asoka tree in 30 ml of milk mixed with 360 gms of water till it reduces to 90 gms.
Divide it in 3 equal doses and take it in 3 times on the fourth day of your periods. Continue taking it till bleeding is in control. Make fresh solution everyday.
Boil around 30gms of the herb Bloodwort and have it every hour for 2 to 3 days.
You can also use the seeds of Chicory similarly and have it 4 to 5 times a day for 3 days.
Boil around 60 gms of the fresh leaves of Dill and add 1 tsp of parsley juice and have it thrice daily for 3 days. It is very effective in reducing pain and regulating blood flow.
Take a cup of water and boil a piece of pounded ginger for a few minutes. Add sugar for taste and drink it 3 times everyday after your meals for as long as your period lasts.
