Stretch marks natural removal
what is the remedy for strech marks, I m pregnent & its my 8th month going on & I m applying shea butter & as well as vitamin E but I dont see any thing improving, infact every new day I m seeing new strech mark

Natural remedies to remove stretch marks
- Apply egg whites or egg white powders regularly on the stretch marks. They provide protein to the skin and help remove stretch mark naturally.
- Almond oil and olive oil are also effective in removing stretch marks.
- Apply these oils and creams after every shower or at least twice a day. Let them dry on the skin or else you can cover the area with a soft and thin cotton cloth.
- Mix ½ a cup of Aloe Vera gel, ½ a cup of Virgin Olive oil, drained oil of 10 vitamin E capsules and 5 vitamin A capsules.
Keep them in the refrigerator and massage this on your skin 3 times a day till it gets absorbed. If your skin is sensitive then use it once daily. - You must keep in mind that these marks would not go overnight. But gradually, with regular and consistent use they will fade away naturally. As the size of your abdomen is increasing, your skin is expanding giving new stretch marks to your skin. But do not panic. Keep using the natural cures for keeping the marks to a minimum and after delivery, your stretch marks will eventually go away but you must not discontinue the home treatment at all.
