kidney stone health advice

I think I may have kidney stones. I had a very painful attack last night which dissipated after about an hour. Now the pain has returned at a lower intensity. Is this common with kidney stones?

Home remedies for kidney stone
  • Mix 1 tsp of honey with 1 tsp of and take it once a day for 6 months. The stones are flushed out through the urinary tract.
  • Regular use of celery prevents formation of stones in the gall bladder or kidney.


  • Eat 1 fresh and ripe apple with your breakfast or half an hour before lunch regularly. You can also consume natural and unsweetened cider daily.
  • Grapes have high amount of potassium salt and low contents of albumin and sodium chloride content.


    This makes it ideal for expelling stones from the body.
  • Take around 100 mg to 150 mg of vitamin B6 in combination with other B complex vitamins for around 6 months. This will permanently remove stones from your body and prevent the formation of stones in kidney or gall bladder in future.
  • Watermelon also high contents of water and potassium salts. Eat it regularly for swilling out the stones.
  • Ground 1 tbsp of sour or sweet seeds of pomegranate fruit and make its paste and take it with ½ gm of horse gram soup daily. You can make 1 cup of this soup by using 2 tbsp of horse gram.
  • Avoid cucumber, radish, tomato, spinach, alcohol, pickles and smoking.
