Ingrown toenail cures
What can you use to help an ingrown toenail, to speed healing?

Epsom salt. Soak your feet twice a day in warm water with epsom salt, and it should kill the dead nail away. Also, try to wear comfortable shoes to keep away from ingrown toenails.
I know its a pain.
