Tips for reducing belly Reduction of tummy in a jiffy is not possible. Regular exercise with a healthy and balanced diet is an effective technique. Lifting weights is an easy way to reduce tummy, rather than your total weight.
Dieting results in weight loss and reduced reduction around the waist. Curl ups are effective in reducing tummy size. Lying flat on the ground with the knees bent, in such a way that it is pointed towards the roof is easy to do. Curl up and touch the knees with your head. The same procedure is repeated with diagonal curl-ups. The hand or elbow is used to touch the opposite knee, by bending. Diagonal leg-rising calls for lifting of legs, to the opposite side. Another simple exercise involves the bending of the knees towards the chest, in an alternative manner. This also pulls the muscle around the spine. Care while performance is essential. Guidance from a physical instructor is recommended. Avoid fried and fatty foods. Acidic and salty processed foods are also avoided. Cardio exercises are preferred more rather than abdomen crunches. This is attributed to the burning of the stored fat.
