Weight loss tips

i am aged 26 years and having weight of 69 kgs. i would like to reduce my weight. suggest me some tips. Further i'll usually take ragi malt as breakfast, will it increase my weight

Inadequate information regarding the quantity consumed is available. Do you make finger millet malt with milk, water or butter milk? It can be consumed as breakfast.


But avoid drinking the same, in addition to any other breakfast like bread, pancakes and so on. Grapefruit intake helps in hastening metabolism, thereby aiding weight loss. Regular intake of raw vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial.


Avoid junk foods as they contribute to 'empty calories'. That is, they provide only calories, devoid of any other nutrients. Regular and healthy eating habits with exercise help in curbing weight gain. Honey helps in mobilizing the fat. Starchy foods are avoided. Mint leaves in the form of a tea or spicy condiment are highly effective. Avoid milk shakes, custards and pastries, as they contribute to a lot of calories. Try avoiding extremes of fasting or feasting. Foods cooked by steaming and pressure cooking are more recommended, rather than frying. Exercises in the form of abdomen crunches and weight lifting help in reducing the tummy especially. A stress-free life is helpful, which is achieved by meditation and yogasanas.
