Natural Cure for Vaginal Yeast Infection
Vaginal yeast infection can be treated either orally or by vaginal insertion. There are some of the home remedies that have proved their efficacy in treating vaginal infection.
Following are some of the home remedies for vaginal infection:
Tea tree oil is a natural anti fungal.
Pour a few drops of this oil on a tampon and insert into vagina.
Prepare a paste of garlic pods and apply this paste to the skin around the vagina. It may give a burning sensation but don’t rub it off because it is effective.
You can also use insert garlic pods wrapped in cheese cloth into the vagina and leave it for few minutes.
Take a clean tampon and dip it in yogurt. After that, insert the tampon in vagina. Regular insertion of yogurt has been tested for effective treatment of yeast infection.
Buttermilk is also good for treating vaginal yeast infection.
Honey work wonders in curing the infection. Keep yourself comfortable on the toilet seat and then pour honey on all affected portions. Then, take a bath with warm water and dry the vaginal area with toilet paper or any other kind of absorbent paper.
Vinegar has antibacterial and anti fungal properties. Therefore, it is recognized for its efficacy in curing the vaginal infection. Soak the vinegar solution in warm water for about 20 minutes and bathe with that water. The best vinegar used for the purpose apple cider vinegar.
