  • Detoxification is a method of flushing out toxins and harmful substances from the human body. The basic purpose of the process is to free body from toxins and enhance body’s ability to perform normal biological functions.  
  • Heavy metals such as aluminum, copper, mercury and lead are usually absorbed from the environment through the use of antiperspirant deodorants, cookware and canned food.


    This absorption eventually overloads the body with toxins. Even processed foods, antibiotics and high fat foods contribute to overload of toxins in the human body.
  • The healthiest way to detoxify human body, whether man or woman, is through diet and water intake.  Consume plenty of detoxification diet that includes healing foods, sprouts, vegetable juices, unrefined sea salt, foods with live enzymes and healing fats. These foods are responsible for maintaining the acid-alkaline balance of your body and will help to easily flush out toxins from the body. Along with these foods, foods rich in fiber also help in detoxifying human body. Fiber rich foods help in purification of gastrointestinal tract as well as the whole body.
  • Water plays a significant role in the process of detoxification. It helps in diluting and eliminating toxin accumulations as well as cleans us through our skin and kidney. It also helps in improving our sweating.
  • Apart from detoxification diet and water, some natural therapies like acupuncture, massage and chiropractic also play an essential role in cleaning and purifying human body.
