Thigh and hip pain are often associated with aging, fractures, and diseases like arthritis, injury to a muscle or tendon due to fall or overuse. It would be advisable to consult a specialist to know the exact cause for the pain. Try these home remedies to ease her pain -
- Rub tea tree oil in the direction of the gravity means downwards direction that is massage starting from hips, upper thigh moving towards the knee.
- Mix clove oil with coconut oil in equal proportions massage in a similar fashion to relieve the pain.
- Include liberal amounts of ginger in your daily diet as it has excellent pain killing properties.
- For better circulation in the legs place around 6cms high cushion beneath them and sleep straight on the back.
- Avoid long standing hours and any other activity which puts extra pressure and stress on the paining region.
