Weight loss technique
what about something to help loss weight

Immediately four techniques come to mind to help with weight loss, all of which i have personally used with effective results. - Seems easy enough but we rarely do this, drink more water, LOTS of it, more than 8 glasses a day, this will help flush the body as well.
- Drink a teaspoon of unprocessed, apple cider vinegar in a half glass of water once or twice daily, I recommend the one vinegar by BRAGG.
this really gives the metabolism a boost. do NOT use the regular store bought vinegar, this will not be a pleasant feeling for your throat. - Become vegetarian, not only will you lose weight but will also lower your risk of many diseases including many types of cancers,
- Last but not least, do some sort of physical activity, gardening works as well as going for a walk, as well as dancing in your bedroom, just move something ! Good luck
