Weight Loss Care

Chances are, this problem is caused by a build up of toxins left in your system after your weight loss. The best way to get rid of this is to slowly start detoxifying your system. Taking a strong antioxidant supplement will be very helpful as well as boosting your health and immune system.

However, one of the best things you can do is drink lots of water. This will flush the toxins out of the system. Since all of these toxins will have to be filtered by your liver and kidneys, it is important to take Milk Thistle and Dandelion as kidney and liver support.

This will also help remove toxins from your blood stream. If you truly want to detox, the best way to do so is to go on a short fast or a longer stint of a 100% natural whole and raw food diet. It is best to see a specialist of you want to do a fast so you can be safe in doing so. To do the raw and natural diet, which will help you lose any additional weight you want, you can spend three to four weeks eating raw fruit and vegetables, lean proteins like tuna, and boiled whole grains.
