Home remedies for gallstones
Drinking coffee regularly helps in removing gallstones.
Drink lots of mineral or distilled water.
Eats nuts consisting of unsaturated fats regularly.
Consume calcium phosphate and avoid carbohydrates.
In 50 ml of distilled water, add 2 tsp of the herb called Quebra Pedra and boil it for sometime. Strain it and finish it during the day. Continue having this tea for a period of 1 or 2 months to flush out the stones.
Following is a very effective method for the easy passage of stones. For 2 continuous days, drink fresh apple juice and on the 2nd night, mix 3 ounces of dark olive oil with 3 ounces of lemon juice. Finish drinking it in around 15 minutes till it gets over. The next day that is on the 3rd day, stones would start passing.
Use garlic oil, turmeric and dried figs to help treating gallstones.
Trim the edges of milk thistle leaves and mix with dandelion greens. Eat them raw, steam them or make their tea. Milk thistle contains the bitter substance called silymarin and dandelion contains taraxacin which stimulate the production of bile. More amount of bile will be more diluted and help in flushing out the stones. You can also add Oregon grape to this mixture as it increases blood flow to the liver and generates bile production.
