  • Ginkgo Biloba helps blood in reaching the extremities and is beneficial for people for all ages.
  • Eating raw or cooked onion is good for the circulation and relaxing the muscles.
  • Taking alternate hot and cold water bath or shower increases blood circulation.
  • Activities like swimming, rowing, cycling, walking, performing yoga exercises and deep breathing are very helpful in improving blood circulation and in helping us maintain optimum weight.
  • Rosemary leaves or flowers with red wine regulate blood circulation.
