Hair Loss home remedies
Use an uncooked egg to solve your hair loss problems. The yolk must be separated from the white matter. Beat this yolk and use it to massage into your scalp.
Leave it on the scalp for over an hour and a half. Hair protein is restored with the help of the egg yolk. Castor oil is also an effective application to be massaged to the scalp.
Care however must be taken when applying castor oil as the oil can be very cumbersome to get rid off while washing.
Crush the leaves of myrtle and leave them to soak in a bowl of water for a little more than a day. This solution must be applied to the hair as a whole, from the tips of the roots to the scalp coating also the hair. The head should be covered with a cloth or towel long enough to cover the head. Leave this on the scalp for an entire day and wash off the next day with warm or lukewarm water. This procedure must be repeated once again after a fortnight.
On a long term basis, you must consider the many benefits o a holistic therapy that treats the problems from its roots. Abalanced mix of meditative and contemplative techniques, dieting, regular scalp massage, herbal teas and concoctions and most importantly deep breathing exercises and yoga.

Hair Loss home remedies Increase the blood circulation to your scalp by gently massaging your scalp with the fingers. A gentle massage on the scalp not only stimulates circulation but also increases glow to your hair. The oil extracted from dried gooseberries is an ancient yet effective hair tonic for conditioning the hair and arresting hair fall.
To make your own version of this hair tonic at home without the use of additives or preservatives and instead of buying it from a store, take a handful of dried Indian gooseberries and blend it in cold pressed coconut oil and bring it to a boil. Massage this oil in your scalp when cooled down. This oil must be used every alternate day for three months at least to notice the results.
To nourish the hair, use the extract or an entire coconut or freshly pressed coconut milk and massage it in the scalp to reach the hair roots. This application although tedious is highly effective to render nutrition. Also the yolk of a raw egg will provide nourishment and the much required protein for hair fall and impart a healthy glow to the hair shafts. The yolk must be left untouched for to hours and washed with a gentle shampoo.
