Hemorrhoids health advice
any recommendations on hemorrhoids??

Try these remedies to relieve the pain, swelling and burning sensation caused due to hemorrhoids –
- Apply aloe vera gel on your hemorrhoids, this will help relieve pain and soothe the burning sensation.
- Put some ice cubes in a plastic bag or a towel. Apply cold compress on the sides of the anal region and over the hemorrhoids to relieve the burning sensation.
- To facilitate bowel movements eat high fiber diet, include foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole cereals, pulses, and oats. Avoid foods that cause constipation or highly spiced food.
- Gently massage warm almond oil over and sides of the anal region for relief.
- Apply baking powder over the hemorrhoids if it is itchy, for relief.
- Soak 3-4 figs overnight in a cup of water and eat them in the morning with water to improve bowel movements.
- Mash and boil a ripe banana in a cup of milk. Drink this daily 2-3 times to relieve constipation.
- Relax and avoid any kind of physical or emotional stress.
