Sperm count definitely interferes with a male’s fertility and there are many reasons involved which causes low sperm count in men. Some of these include zinc deficiency, wearing tight under wears, frequent semen ejaculation, sitting for long hours in one position, bathing in hot water and obesity. Try these simple remedies to increase your sperm count –
- Between two consecutive semen ejaculations keep a minimum gap of 2 days as frequent ejaculation can affect the quantity and quality of semen.
- Lose your weight gradually if you are above your ideal body weight.
