- Beta carotene present in carrots acts as a memory booster. Eat carrots or drink carrot juice daily.
- Lecithin present in eggs helps to keep the brain nerve cells healthy and also improve memory. Include eggs in different forms in your daily diet.
- Soak 4-5 small almonds in water overnight and have them in the morning along with the water when you wake up. Almonds will help boost your memory.
- Other foods which help to stimulate memory are pistachio nuts, spinach, oranges, milk, sweet potato, tapioca and okra.
- Meditate daily for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening to improve concentration and develop memory.
